The Dental Receptionist's responsibilities include entering patient information into our data system, verifying insurance benefits, answering patients' questions, giving patients quotes, collecting and posting payments, making appointments, running age reports, checking office email, submitting EOBs, sending prior approvals, and ensuring a smooth work flow for the back office.
Office hours are M-Th 8:
00-5:
00 and Fridays 8:
00-1:
