Woodlake Country Club, located in Vass, North Carolina, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Snack Bar Attendants.
Slated to open in phases in Fall 2023, the revitalized Woodlake Country Club will offer members access to the Kris Spence remodeled 18-hole, par 72 golf course, practice range, pool, clubhouse and multi-purpose complex with indoor pickleball courts and golf simulators.
In addition to memberships, the club will offer limited access to non-members and outside eventsResponsibilities of the Snack Bar Attendant at Woodlake Country Club include:
Ensuring the snack bar presentation and appearance is always clean, pleasing to the eye, and impeccable in its presentation.
Ensuring all members and guests receive the highest level of service.
Maintaining highest level of cleanliness and good repair of all service work stations, dining utensils, equipment and glassware including common and storage areas.
Providing immediate attention to all members and guests upon entry.
Taking and ringing in members' and guests' orders; suggestively selling food and beverage items, if appropriate.
Keeping tables and counter areas clean.
Consistently following local and state laws and the Club's policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests (must be 18 years of age).
Assisting in training a team of associates that are held accountable for their performance.
Answering the phone with the proper greeting and communicating in a polite and effective manner.
Preparing food and alcoholic beverages from the menu.
Maintaining stocked inventory of food and beverages.
Accurately handling cash transactions and counts drawer at beginning and end of day.
Incorporating safe work practices and safe food handling to DHEC standards.
QualificationsRequired SkillsAbility to read, write, and execute basic math skills.

Recommended Skills Communication Courtesy Food Safety Glassware Mathematics Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
